DZLB ZERO AIR LOSS DRAIN

DZLB Series is used for the automatic discharge of accumulated condensate from compressed air systems. The basic principle is contactless measurement of the accumulated condensate which is then discharged without the loss of valuable compressed air. The DZLB has a built in blocked plunger release detection feature that provides uninterrupted operation! When the electronic sensor detects the valve has failed to close, the blocked plunger release procedure starts automatically and clears the drain of any debris trapped in the plunger. This allows for continuous operation. The DZLB Series is constructed of an aluminum housing with plastic cover, which protects the electronics inside the device from  harmful conditions.
